About Moneypenny
FinancialsOS is the financial decision layer for founders and indie studios running several apps. It pulls Stripe revenue and running costs from hosting, AI spend and SaaS tools into one ledger over read-only connections, and apps hosted on BlueForge report their costs automatically. Burn and runway stay current, and weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports compare each period with the previous one and with the same period last year, so seasonality shows. Revenue and costs are attributed per app, with revenue shown gross or net of refunds. Test and simulated data is always labelled, and short history is explained rather than shown as zero. It is not an accounting system: no double entry, and not a tax basis. Sign in with your BlueForge account; each organization is its own tenant, with ledger data hosted in the EU.
