About SupportOS
SupportOS is an AI-powered helpdesk for small businesses. A unified inbox brings email, chat, and form conversations into one thread view; the AI service classifies, prioritizes, and drafts replies that agents accept, edit, or reject. A knowledge-base builder publishes a public help center for self-service deflection, and reports break out team metrics alongside AI metrics (suggestion accept rate, deflection). Data lives on Postgres (forge-control) with Better Auth for sign-in (Google via the forge-auth oAuth proxy); the AI plane runs through the AI Gateway with per-workspace budget alerts, billing is Stripe, and an embeddable zero-dependency chat widget ships alongside. i18n ships in English and Danish.
