1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BlueForge website at blueforge.studio and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

BlueForge is a startup studio that designs, builds, and scales interconnected AI-powered platforms. Our Service currently includes our public website, product information pages, a newsletter, a blog, a contact form, and a waiting list for early access to upcoming products. As our products launch, additional terms specific to each product may apply.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or signing up for our waiting list or newsletter.
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our express written consent.
  • Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and design — is the property of BlueForge or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent. The BlueForge name, logo, and all related product names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of BlueForge.

5. Waiting List & Newsletter

By joining our waiting list or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving emails from BlueForge regarding product updates, announcements, and related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@blueforge.studio. Joining the waiting list does not guarantee access to any product or service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BlueForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is less.

7. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Product descriptions, roadmaps, and timelines shared on the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute binding commitments. Features and availability of products may change without notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or BlueForge. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

BlueForge operates internationally and is not domiciled in any single jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
