BlueForge ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website at blueforge.studio and related services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.
Data We Collect
We collect minimal data, limited to what you voluntarily provide:
- Name and email address — collected when you submit a contact form, join our waiting list, or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Message content — any information you include when contacting us through our forms.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or location data.
Cookies & Analytics
We count daily unique visits using a daily-rotating hash that is never stored; we use no cookies for analytics.
Site events (a page view, a click on a pricing button, a newsletter or account sign-up) are recorded by our own analytics, run on BlueForge infrastructure (forge-control and analytics-os). Each event carries a pseudonymous identifier derived from a daily-rotating secret, so events from the same day can be linked to measure conversion, but not from one day to the next. Your IP address and browser user-agent are used only to derive that identifier and are never stored. With each event we record the page, the referring site (host only), your language and a coarse device type (phone, tablet or desktop). These events stay on BlueForge infrastructure and are never used to identify you. Nothing is stored on your device, so this website does not need a cookie consent banner.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our audience and conversion in aggregate (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time by writing to hello@blueforge.studio.
The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie issued when an administrator signs in to the internal dashboard. It is strictly necessary to keep that session authenticated, is not used for tracking or advertising, and is deleted on sign-out.
Third-Party Services
Newsletter subscriptions are stored on our own infrastructure (newsletter-os), and analytics runs on it too. One third-party service receives data from this website:
- Resend — delivers our emails (contact-form notifications to us, and the welcome email when you subscribe). It receives the email address and the message being sent, and nothing else.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
- To send you product updates and newsletters you opted into
- To manage our waiting list and notify you of early access opportunities
- To improve our website and services based on aggregated, anonymous analytics
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Newsletter subscriptions remain active until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
